APA* (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is 15% of the charter fees that covers all of your on board expenses during your yacht charter. While your charter fees include the hire of the yacht, the crew and the yacht's insurance, all other expenses are in addition to the charter fee and these are APA costs.

Payment
A deposit of 50% of the Total Charter cost must be paid to secure the booking with the balance to be paid in full no less than 14 days prior to commencement of the charter.
Security Deposit
A $5,000 Security Deposit is payable no less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the charter which may be used in the event the Charterer or their Guests cause damage or loss to the vessel during the charter period, or if the vessel is left in an unreasonable state of cleanliness.
Cancellations
The Owner/Manager will consider transferring the charter to alternative dates, provided that at least 48 hours notice has been given prior to the due date for payment of the Charter Fee.
Should the Hirer not wish to use the alternative dates offered:
Cancellations received 45 or more days before the charter start date, the deposit will be refunded, less 20% of the charter fee.
Cancellations received less than 45 days before the charter start date, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations received 14 days or less to the charter start date, 100% of the Charter Fee is payable.
